Terms and Conditions for IMPA London Conference and Marine Engineering for Buyers training course

1. Payment

Payment for this conference/training is required prior to event attendance. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque or credit card. Payment details will be on your invoice.

2. Fees and discounts

The conference and training fees are listed on our website.  IMPA members receive a discount.

3. Cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Written confirmation of cancellation 30 working days prior to event start date, to be received by 1 August 2017: 75% refund.
  • Written confirmation of cancellation 10 working days prior to event start date, to be received by 29 August: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made with less than 10 working days, received on or after 29 August will receive no refund.

4. Substitutions

Substitutions can be made until Thursday 7 August 2017 for a colleague within the same organisation as the registered delegate. Notifications of any substitute delegate details should be sent to conference@impa.net by Thursday 7 August 2017.

Our Disclaimer IMPA and/or CCI reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to change the venue/presenters or course from that described in this brochure or online. IMPA and/or CCI also reserves the right, at its absolute discretion and without further liability, to cancel or postpone any course. In such a case registrants (or their delegates) may attend the next available course free of any transfer fee.

Transfers and Cancellations: If you are unable to attend, written notice is required prior to course commencement. Transfers from person to person or between courses with greater than 4 weeks’ notice do not attract any additional fee. Transfers from person to person or between courses with less than 4 weeks’ notice will attract a transfer fee of 10% of the course cost per transfer.

Cancellations greater than 4 weeks before a course: We will offer you a credit or a refund should you cancel more than four (4) weeks prior to course commencement.

Cancellations 2 to 4 weeks before a course: We will offer you a credit or a refund less 10% of the course fee for cancellations received 2-4 weeks prior to course commencement.

Cancellations less than 2 weeks before a course: Unfortunately no credits or refunds will apply should you cancel less than two (2) weeks prior to course commencement.

Once you have completed registration and payment using this form, you will be sent a receipt to the email address specified. All attendees will receive a registration confirmation email containing details of the workshop.
