The Exhibition

The exhibition will occupy the entire 3rd floor of the Centre, which consists of the Fleming & Whittle rooms and the Benjamin Britten Lounge.

The floor plan is divided into stands configured to 3m x 2m in dimension and a combination of up to six of these stands can be combined for larger PREMIUM stands. There is also a bank of 2m x 2m stands for small to medium sized companies.

The exhibition is accessed via multiple lifts and as visitors enter the impressive exhibition exhibitors will have the ideal opportunity to present their products and services in a comfortable, well-lit environment. The exhibition floor has wireless Internet access throughout and features numerous catering points, toilets and lounge areas.

All areas are equal in providing the opportunity to present your company. The space is available as shell scheme for placement of graphics or alternatively as space only for those larger companies who intend to custom-build their stands.

Exhibition furniture and electrical requirements will be provided for exhibitors to choose from. The venue is also fully carpeted which gives a comfortable and relaxed feel to the exhibition floor.

IMPA’s event organisers announced this week that the event has reached 90% stand occupancy for IMPA London 2012 whilst receiving substantial enquiries for a number of the remaining allocation.

Sponsorship

A number of sponsorship packages will be made available to exhibitors. Exhibitors who take premium sponsorship packages will be given priority in stand booking.

Premier event sponsorship will enable coverage for companies in all marketing materials and will position those limited companies as key supporters of the event.

Sponsorship of the conferences, cocktail party, event party and lounge areas will also be made available.

Exhibiting companies will be asked initially to specify their choice of stand size and preferred stand/s on the available plan. Subject to demand the event organisers will aim to satisfy the requirements of all companies but stand size/location will be subject to availability and confirmation of booking.

STAND PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Stands will be offered initially to existing IMPA exhibitors and then to the waiting list. Applications for stands will be offered from 20th July 2011 and one of IMPA’s event team will contact exhibitors to agree their requirements after applications have been received.
